At Andrew’s Healing Hands, our mission is to honor the legacy of Andrew Jayden Guadalupe by supporting underserved children and families through advocacy, clothing donations, and community-driven programs. We strive to create safe, uplifting spaces where healing, hope, and justice are not only possible—but guaranteed.
Andrew’s Healing Hands was founded in loving memory of Andrew Jayden Guadalupe in 2020, a joyful, intelligent, and spirited 9-year-old who tragically passed away on January 3, 2017, due to medical negligence following a severe asthma attack. In the wake of unimaginable loss, Andrew’s mother transformed pain into purpose by creating a nonprofit rooted in love, justice, and community care.
What began as small acts of giving—distributing gently used clothes, food, and school supplies—has grown into a mission-led movement supporting families in need across New York City. Through annual drives, outreach, and advocacy, Andrew’s legacy continues to inspire healing and hope.
